Stagecoach 2027 Guide: Dates, Tickets, Shuttles & Hotels

Dates, venue and the official lineup

Goldenvoice confirms April 23–25, 2027 for Stagecoach at Empire Polo Club, 81-800 Avenue 51, Indio, CA 92201. It follows Coachella's April 9–11 and April 16–18 weekends at the same venue, but uses its own passes and transport arrangements.

Use the official 2027 lineup for artists and the festival's current program. For accommodation first, open our Stagecoach hotel comparison.

Festival passes and current listed prices

At our October 15, 2026 check, the official 2027 pass page displayed Tier 2 GA at $599 and the Tier 2 GA-and-shuttle combo at $719. It also listed upgraded admission options. Service fees are included in displayed pass prices; applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

The GA tiers provide the same access and differ in price. Availability and pricing can change. Compare the pass type, current tier and checkout total rather than treating an old starting price as an available offer.

The pass-and-order page describes three-day wristbands, registration requirements and final-sale terms. A hotel room purchased separately does not include festival admission.

The fourteen published 2027 shuttle stops

The official Stagecoach shuttle page lists these stops:

• Indio: Hampton Inn & Suites Indio.
• La Quinta: La Quinta Resort & Club; Embassy Suites La Quinta.
• Indian Wells: Indian Wells Tennis Garden; Grand Hyatt Indian Wells.
• Palm Desert: JW Marriott Desert Springs; Marriott Desert Springs Villas; Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert; Courtyard/Residence Inn Palm Desert; The Shops at Palm Desert.
• Rancho Mirage: Omni Rancho Las Palmas; Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage; Westin Rancho Mirage.
• Palm Springs: Palm Springs Convention Center.

The current list marks Indian Wells Tennis Garden and The Shops at Palm Desert as Park & Ride. Do not treat parking as included or available at another stop without checking the operator's instructions.

A listed hotel stop does not mean an ordinary room booking includes a shuttle pass. The operator's FAQ says some guests may need to walk or arrange a ride to their exact pickup. Confirm the boarding point and the hotel-to-stop journey in both directions.

Shuttle hours, driving and parking

The published shuttle guidance lists departures toward the festival from 1–8 p.m. and return service ending 60 minutes after the music finishes. Recheck the operator's pre-event instructions for your pickup and allow for queues rather than relying on a fixed journey time.

The festival's arrival page lists free attendee day parking, first come, first served. Preferred parking is a separate paid option. It does not allow overnight or RV parking in the day, preferred or accessible parking areas, and vehicle occupants need festival wristbands.

Use the organizer's current directions for your arrival method. A rideshare pickup, a parking entrance and a shuttle drop-off are different destinations.

Will call is at Indian Wells Tennis Garden

If your order needs collection, check it before going to the polo grounds. The official pass-and-order page lists Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 78200 Miles Avenue, with entry at Gate 4 off Miles Avenue, as the will-call location.

The organizer says there is no order-pickup will call at the festival grounds. Check the current collection dates, hours, purchaser-ID and order-confirmation requirements before departure.

Choose a hotel or an official package

Compare Embassy Suites La Quinta, La Quinta Resort & Club and Grand Hyatt Indian Wells when a named hotel stop helps the trip. Our hotel guide also includes driving alternatives and a Palm Desert resort option.

Official Stagecoach hotel packages combine the stated hotel stay, festival passes and shuttle passes for the booked group. Current three-night packages check in Friday, April 23 and out Monday, April 26. The operator describes packages as non-refundable; read the selected package's occupancy, hotel-age and transfer terms.

For a hotel-only reservation, add admission, transport, taxes, parking and applicable hotel charges to the comparison. Festival admission is all ages according to the operator, while hotel check-in rules can require an adult of a particular age.

The rest of an April trip

Use the April planning guide for the three festival weekends and other sightseeing. The airport and transport guide helps plan arrival in the valley.

Check the forecast, festival entry rules and the selected hotel's facilities before making heat, pool time or an early check-in part of the itinerary. Reserve any golf, spa or dining plans separately.
