• Newsletter email addresses, only when you submit them, stored so we can send the newsletter you asked for.
• Aggregate analytics — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device type. We do not build advertising profiles.
• Messages you send us by email or through submission forms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information or share your email address with advertisers.

Affiliate and third-party links

Booking and ticket links may pass an anonymous tracking parameter to the partner so a booking can be attributed to us. Once you land on a partner site, their privacy policy applies.

Your choices

Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. To have your email address or any message deleted, write to hello@palmspringsspots.com and we will remove it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note it on this page.
