Privacy policy

What we collect

• Newsletter email addresses, only when you submit them, stored so we can send the newsletter you asked for.
• Aggregate analytics and commerce actions — pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and anonymous booking or ticket clicks. We retain the source page, button placement, destination provider, anonymous session identifier and campaign tags so we can understand which guides lead to partner bookings and commission. We do not store a name or email with these clicks.
• Messages you send us by email or through submission forms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information or share your email address with advertisers.

Affiliate and third-party links

Booking and ticket links may pass an anonymous tracking parameter to the partner so a booking can be attributed to us. Partners may return a transaction reference, booking value, commission, currency and status; we connect that report to the original anonymous click. Once you land on a partner site, their privacy policy applies.

Your choices

In regions where advertising measurement requires consent, PalmSpots does not load analytics or affiliate optimization scripts and does not store these commerce events. Elsewhere, applicable browser privacy controls and opt-outs continue to apply. We do not replay blocked events later. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. To have your email address or any message deleted, write to hello@palmspots.com and we will remove it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note it on this page.
