Submit an event
Free listings for anything happening in the Coachella Valley.
Email hello@palmspringsspots.com with the subject line “Event submission” and include:
- Event name and a two-sentence description
- Date(s) and start / end times
- Venue name, full address and city
- Ticket price or “free”, plus the ticket link
- Whether it is outdoors, family friendly, or 21+
- One horizontal image you have the rights to use
- A contact name and phone number for verification
What we list
Concerts, festivals, markets, gallery openings, film screenings, sports, food events, drag brunches, community fundraisers, workshops and one-off pop-ups anywhere in Greater Palm Springs.
What we skip
Ongoing retail promotions, MLM recruiting, timeshare pitches, and anything we cannot verify with a venue.
Timing
Send it at least two weeks ahead if you can. Listings are free; paid featured placement is available on the advertise page. Once live, events archive themselves automatically the day after they end — see the calendar.
