Coachella 2027 Hotels & Shuttle Stops: Where to Stay

Coachella 2027 shuttle stops and official map

Verified October 9, 2026: The official Coachella shuttle page publishes the 2027 stops and transportation information for both weekends. Use that source for the full list and map rather than a previous-year map.

Named hotel stops include La Quinta Resort & Club, Embassy Suites La Quinta, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells and JW Marriott Desert Springs. Palm Springs Convention Center is also listed.

The current operator list marks Indian Wells Tennis Garden and The Shops at Palm Desert as Park & Ride locations. Do not assume parking is available at every hotel stop.

Official 2027 shuttle stops by area

The official Coachella 2027 shuttle list names these pickup locations. A listed hotel stop is a pickup name, not a promise that any standalone room booking includes a pass.

• Indio: Hampton Inn & Suites Indio.
• La Quinta: La Quinta Resort & Club; Embassy Suites La Quinta.
• Indian Wells: Indian Wells Tennis Garden (Park & Ride); Grand Hyatt Indian Wells.
• Palm Desert: JW Marriott Desert Springs; Marriott Desert Springs Villas; Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert; Courtyard/Residence Inn Palm Desert; The Shops at Palm Desert (Park & Ride).
• Rancho Mirage: Omni Rancho Las Palmas; Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage; Westin Rancho Mirage.
• Palm Springs: Palm Springs Convention Center.

Important: Park & Ride applies only to the three stops marked above on the published list. Check the operator's exact pickup address, shuttle-pass rules, accessibility arrangements and return service before reserving a nonrefundable hotel. Do not assume parking exists at other stops.

How to choose a hotel near a shuttle stop

• Match the weekend: April 9–11 or April 16–18, 2027. Check your room nights and transport pass against your festival wristband.
• Match the address: a hotel in the same city is not necessarily convenient to the pickup. Plan the hotel-to-stop journey and the return after the festival.
• Check what is included: a room booked separately does not automatically include shuttle service or festival admission.
• Recheck before travel: confirm boarding location, service hours and return arrangements with the operator.

For the wider festival overview, see our Coachella guide.

Hotel packages versus booking separately

The official Coachella hotel packages combine accommodation, festival passes and shuttle passes. Compare that total with a separate hotel, festival wristband and shuttle pass, including fees and cancellation conditions.

The operator's package FAQ warns that a package does not guarantee pickup at the hotel itself. Some guests need to reach a nearby stop. Confirm the arrangement for your particular package rather than relying on a hotel's general shuttle description.

Hotel strategy by valley area

Palm Springs

Choose Palm Springs when restaurants, bars and the wider vacation matter most. The published stop at Palm Springs Convention Center gives you a specific location to plan around. Compare downtown hotel options and check the actual route between your hotel and pickup. Allow for the longer cross-valley trip to Indio.

Indian Wells and La Quinta

These east-valley areas suit travelers who want a resort base closer to Indio than Palm Springs. Compare Indian Wells hotels and La Quinta hotels, then match each shortlisted property against the official stop list.

Indio and Coachella

Choose this area when venue proximity matters more than a Palm Springs-centered vacation. The official list includes Hampton Inn & Suites Indio. A hotel or rental near the festival still needs a workable plan for entering and leaving the grounds; proximity alone does not establish a safe walking route.

Palm Desert

Palm Desert is a middle-valley option. Browse Palm Desert hotels and compare your address with the official hotel stops or The Shops at Palm Desert Park & Ride. Check parking rules directly before using a stop.

Vacation houses

A rental can suit a group, but plan the connection to a named shuttle stop in both directions. Review occupancy limits, parking, cancellation terms and the total cost before paying a deposit.

If you are booking late

Check actual availability for your festival weekend and compare flexible rates across areas. A less expensive room can lose its advantage once the hotel-to-stop transport is included. Use the current official stop list to choose, then recheck final operator instructions before departure.

Shuttle-stop list rechecked October 15, 2026 against the current Coachella operator page. Its fourteen-stop list currently marks Indian Wells Tennis Garden and The Shops at Palm Desert as Park & Ride. Check the exact boarding instructions and parking rules before departure.
