Warm Sands is a low-key residential grid east of downtown and Palm Canyon Drive. It is the city’s best-known cluster of intimate LGBTQ+ resorts, alongside private homes and small hotels.
Warm Sands works best for travelers who want their hotel to be part of the social experience. Several properties specifically serve gay men and may be clothing-optional, but policies vary by resort.
