Seymour's is the quieter cocktail hideaway attached to Mr. Lyons, entered through an intentionally discreet side door on East Palm Canyon Drive. Inside, the dark, compact room favors classic proportions and a slower pace; outside, a patio and bocce area loosen the mood. It works best for one or two deliberate drinks, not for a large group expecting food, a loud soundtrack or a guaranteed table.

Use the parking available around Mr. Lyons on East Palm Canyon Drive. Look for the unmarked side entrance rather than the restaurant's main dining-room door.
