A hidden bar behind Mr. Lyons steakhouse, entered through an unmarked door, with a short and precise cocktail list, low light and a curated soundtrack. It seats a few dozen and takes no reservations, so the trick is arriving before the dinner rush ends. Bar snacks and a handful of steakhouse items are available, but this is a drinking room first - the best nightcap downtown. Seymour's is bar in Downtown, Palm Springs.
