The last genuinely intact piece of Rat Pack Palm Springs: a piano lounge inside the 1935 Ingleside Inn where the red leather, the martinis and the tableside Caesar have not changed in decades. Live piano runs most evenings and Sunday afternoons, when a slightly astonishing cross-section of the city turns up to dance. Jackets are not required but the room rewards dressing for it.
