Melvyn's occupies the historic Ingleside Estate and remains one of the clearest ways to experience formal, old-school Palm Springs without turning the evening into a costume. The dining room pairs red leather, white tablecloths and tableside service with a bar and piano program that attracts hotel guests, longtime locals and visitors marking an occasion.
