Where to Stay for Acrisure Arena: Hotels and Transport

Choose your hotel and your return ride together

An arena trip has two separate location decisions: where you want to spend the day, and how you will return after the event. A hotel marketed as Greater Palm Springs can be in a different city from the arena. Acrisure lists its address as 75702 Varner Road, Palm Desert.

This is a shortlist of resort and boutique bases, not a ranking of the closest or cheapest hotels. None is presented as a walk-to-the-arena option. Compare the actual driving route, event arrival instructions and transportation cost for your dates.

Renaissance Esmeralda: the arena's official hotel

Acrisure Arena's own visitor page names Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells as its official hotel. That makes it a useful first comparison when you want a resort weekend built around a concert or hockey game.

Official-hotel status does not, by itself, establish a complimentary shuttle, event admission or bundled parking. Read the exact package before paying. Check the arena's visitor page for any current partner offer, then compare its total and cancellation terms against other available rates.

JW Marriott Desert Springs: build a resort stay around the event

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is on Country Club Drive in Palm Desert. Its accommodation information describes balconies, pools, a spa and on-property dining. It is worth comparing when the arena event is one part of a longer resort break.

Do not infer an arena shuttle from the hotel's location. Confirm transport directly, and allow for the time needed to leave the room, reach your car or pickup point and join event traffic. A navigation estimate outside event hours will not include the full arrival process.

Hotel Paseo: spend your free time around El Paseo

Hotel Paseo is on Larkspur Lane, near El Paseo's shopping, galleries and restaurants. Choose it to investigate a dining-and-shopping stay with an arena event added, rather than making resort facilities the whole itinerary.

Marriott's official listing describes a pool, spa and Larkspur Grill. It also says the hotel does not provide shuttle service and lists no self-parking. Driving and arena parking

Use the arena's event-specific directions and the entrance assigned to your parking area. Its travel page points arrivals toward I-10's Cook Street or Washington Street exits, while its parking page supplies lot-specific entrance and exit maps. Follow those current instructions rather than choosing a route solely from the shortest distance shown on a hotel listing.

Check how and when parking must be purchased for your event. Leave time for parking, walking to the entrance and screening. If you need accessible parking or assistance, consult the arena's accessibility information before arrival.

Rideshare after the show

Acrisure's policies identify a designated pickup and drop-off area on the north side near Classic Club Drive. Recheck the current map before the event, as operating arrangements can change. Agree on the meeting point with your group and keep enough phone battery for the return journey.

Compare rideshare for both directions with the cost of driving and parking. Do not budget from a single quiet-afternoon fare, and do not rely on a hotel shuttle unless the property confirms service for your event and return time.
