Acrisure Arena Visitor Guide: Parking, Bags, Tickets & Hotels

A good Acrisure Arena night starts before you reach the parking lot. Match your ticket, bag and arrival route to the event, then decide how the group will get back afterward. The arena's Greater Palm Springs branding covers a much wider area than downtown Palm Springs.

This is an arrival checklist. Ticket and parking inventory, prices and event arrangements are set by the operator.

Start with your event page and seating map

Open the official arena calendar and select your actual performance or game. Check the date, start time, door time and seating layout before buying. A concert's stage arrangement can change which seats make sense; a hockey seating plan does not answer every concert question.

The arena's postal address is 75702 Varner Road, Palm Desert, CA 92211. Use that address for the venue, then follow the current entrance instructions for your parking lot. A hotel or restaurant described as Greater Palm Springs may be in another city.

Put the event at the center of the evening plan. Choose dinner and hotel arrival times with room for the journey, parking, the walk to the building and screening.

Mobile tickets: prepare before leaving

The arena's ticket information explains mobile delivery through Ticketmaster. Screenshots and print-at-home copies are not accepted. Open the actual ticket in the appropriate app or account, and use the supported wallet option when available.

Transfer tickets to the people who will use them before arriving when appropriate, and make sure recipients have accepted them. If your group will enter together on one device, or someone cannot use a smartphone, resolve the arrangement with the box office in advance.

Season, premium and suite tickets can use an Account Manager rather than the ordinary Ticketmaster login. Test the correct account at the hotel, while there is time to fix a password or find a missing ticket.

Bring a charged phone and a suitable payment card. The arena and its box office are cashless.

Check your bag before the trip

The current arena policy permits a clear bag up to 14 × 14 × 6 inches, with no more than two pockets, or a small clutch, purse or wallet up to 4.5 × 6.5 inches. Bags remain subject to search.

Medical and diaper bags require the venue's approval process. Contact Guest Services about the specific bag or accommodation you need before leaving; do not assume an oversized everyday bag will qualify at the door.

Pack for the event rather than carrying a full sightseeing bag. Recheck the event's additional restrictions, particularly for cameras, signs and recording.

Parking: buy for the correct event

The arena identifies ParkWhiz as its official parking vendor. Its directions and parking page links the event-specific booking options and lot maps.

Online parking sales close three hours before the event start. The operator lists cashless payment on arrival for people who have not prepaid. Choose the event and date carefully, check the full parking price and read the final-sale terms.

Have the parking pass ready before reaching the lot. The arena warns that cellular service is limited in parking areas and that those areas have no Wi-Fi. Do not leave your first attempt to open the pass until you reach an attendant.

Use the lot's entrance and exit guidance. After the event, follow staff instructions rather than assuming the road you used on arrival is the departure route.

Rideshare and accessible arrival

Rideshare pickup and drop-off use the designated area on the north side near Classic Club Drive. Check the current arena map before traveling, agree on a meeting point and keep phone battery for the return trip.

Compare the whole evening's transport cost. An afternoon fare estimate does not settle the price or waiting time after a major event, and a hotel room does not establish that a shuttle is included.

For access needs, use the arena's accessibility information before choosing seats. Accessible parking is limited and first come, first served. Ask about your entrance, drop-off and assistance needs ahead of time rather than depending on a same-day seating change.

Dinner, children and leaving the building

Choose a pre-event meal close to your actual starting point, with enough room to reach the arena. Use the Palm Desert restaurant guide for a Palm Desert stay, or compare the Indian Wells guide if your hotel is there. Confirm service hours and reservation terms.

Read child ticket requirements on your event page. Rules for a Firebirds game do not establish the policy for a concert. Check the seating and stroller arrangements that fit your family before booking.

Plan to finish any car trip or outside errand before scanning in. The arena generally does not allow re-entry after a guest exits; ask staff about an exceptional need before leaving.

Choose a hotel for the rest of the weekend

The arena hotel comparison covers resort and boutique bases with different locations and amenities. Compare them around both the event journey and your daytime plans, including hotel parking and cancellation terms.

For a longer visit, add El Paseo shopping, a Palm Desert activity or a relaxed hotel day. Keep the event evening clear of an ambitious sightseeing circuit.

Visitor policies checked October 15, 2026 against the arena's official ticketing, parking, accessibility and A–Z pages. Event instructions and later venue updates take precedence.
