A tiny, red-lit tiki room tucked behind Ernest Coffee on North Palm Canyon, occupying the same space that held Don the Beachcomber's last Palm Springs bar. The drinks are made properly - fresh juice, split rum bases, no shortcuts - and the room holds maybe forty people, so it fills fast after nine on winter weekends.
