Coachella Veterans Memorial Park

A shaded neighbourhood park in downtown Coachella with playgrounds, walking paths, sports courts and enough mature trees to make an afternoon outdoors survivable in the hottest part of the valley. It is the easiest free stop for families exploring the Pueblo Viejo murals and taquerias nearby, and it hosts community events and markets through the cooler months.
