Coachella Valley Brewing Co.
The valley's flagship craft brewery, brewing in an industrial building in Thousand Palms and pouring the full range in its taproom - saisons, hazy IPAs, barrel-aged beers and desert-ingredient experiments using dates and citrus. It is the most serious beer program between Riverside and the Arizona line, with food trucks parked outside most evenings and a room that stays casual and unhurried.
Hours: Daily noon-9pm. Best for craft beer in the mid-valley.
